Our work focuses on human development. We support individuals and community-based organizations at the grassroots level in order to form the concrete foundation of their own life and livelihood that free of deprivation, hunger, and oppression. Through participatory approaches and techniques, we gain insight into the socio-cultural realities and invest in sharing them with the world. Together, we learn more about the societal roles, strata, power and influence that needed to change the way they can fundamentally tackle poverty, illiteracy, and sickness. From the onset, and as a concerned citizens and co-founders; we asked ourselves what can we do differently to bring in a sound, sensible, and fair change to the way that similar minded developmental organizations conduct business. INNMA believes, as the name indicates in Arabic, that genuine participation of beneficiaries in identifying and executing development projects, would ensure a continuing benefits and preserve long term positive impacts. We started INNMA to change the way how people perceive and preserve potentiality, dignity, and aspirations while at the same time how corporate foundations and international development agency, be influenced from traditional charity and move toward a bottom-top developmental approach. Mobilization of resources, energy, and capital are the key elements of building a safe, just, and fair world. Whereas, talented leadership would be discovered to meet the complex challenges of todays’. Such a promising leadership characterize by imagination, innovation, resilience, and commitment.
